June 26 Workshop on Nonprofit Diversity & Inclusion

Success stories in the Field.

Join us Thursday, June 26th for a morning workshop in Ferndale, MI, that explores improving diversity and inclusion within nonprofit organizations.  The session features the success stories and strategies that have worked for Nonprofit Enterprises at Work (NEW).  NEW is an Ann Arbor-based organization that helps nonprofits succeed by strengthening management and offering solutions to issues facing the nonprofit community.  Vice President of Programs Diana Kern will share her story of the work they have been doing to strengthen their own internal diversity and inclusion.  Co-facilitators Michelle Anderson and Kathleen LaTosch will guide interactive dialogue among participants on this important topic.  Two continuing education hours provided for social workers.
