Why a survey for white people? To explore and better understand the things that hold white people back from engaging in conversations and actions to end racism.
Many white people don’t talk about race for a variety of reasons and they may avoid people, gatherings and activities that bring up fear and discomfort around this topic, all while wishing they could do better. This survey seeks to better understand the complexities that lie underneath this discomfort.
